I unofficially found heaven on earth. Driving for three hours, and randomly trekking up a treacherous mountain for another two, I found the elixir of optimism. A most serene rock in the middle of the most endless landscape of perfectly surreal tea fields. It was the second time I saw such a scene, the first time being only in my dreams.

Remembering my way back down those steep pathways , I met a life-worn elderly. He explained that all fields are owned by foreign elites. The local farmers hand-pick quality leaves, that are in turn sent to tea plantations. After the manufacturing process takes its course, any industrial waste gets resold back to the local community. Of course, the aftermath being major health concerns to local villagers that drink this contaminated byproduct. Listening to that old man, my magical surrounding suddenly ceased to be as perfect anymore.

Likewise, any organization can produce whatever cool products, achieve impressive balance sheets, market wonderful green policies, etc. At the end, beneath that PR surface, there needs to be that unscripted core human factor of true 'justice'. Otherwise, the ugly truth will eventually surface to ruin whatever alluring facade it wraps itself around.

Here is to thoughts whilst sitting on a rock!
